Ready…Steady…MIX!

Fun Cocktail mixology classes – perfect for get together, hens nights or even
corporate parties! Book your mixology class and learn how to shake, mix and
muddle your way to being the life of the party.

Taught by our in house mixologist and cocktail connoisseur, you and your guests
will be taught the art of making your favourite cocktails in a fun and engaging
environment!

Our mixologist will show guests how to make 4 traditional cocktails
with different methods- shaken, mixed and of course muddled. Each guest will
get to personally make and enjoy 2 cocktails each.

As an overview the package of $95 pp offers the following:
• Glass of Sparking on arrival
• Mixed Antipasto Meat Platter
• 60-90 minute hands on making class
• Class with learn to make 4 traditional cocktails using different methods
• Each guest will make and enjoy 2 cocktails per person
• Class is followed by a choice of main meal

Popular additions include an additional beverage on arrival for $5pp

Dessert add on at the end of the meal for $9pp

In order to have the best experience in Harbour Bar and Kitchen, we require
min. of 10 people for this class.

Please note that all packages are flexible and if there is something in particular
you are looking for we would like to know to offer you the best experience possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We cater for all special dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance
and we ensure that all your guests enjoy a world class dining experience.

There is $20 Cakeage fee.

Most requests such as projector, screen etc. can be arranged.
Private balcony hire/ full venue hire can be arranged at a fee, dependent
on season.

Spend $100 with us to receive FREE validated car parking.
This offer is available from 5pm weekdays and all day on weekends.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All floor plans, menu decisions, beverage requests and final numbers
must be finalised 5 days prior to the function.

Final numbers are due 48 hours prior to the event.

The confirmed final numbers will be charged on the day of the function.

Harbour Bar & Kitchen does not take a deposit.

Card details are held as a securement for the booking.

There will be a $200 deduction in the event of cancellation 7 days prior.

All prices are inclusive of GST.
